Laura Linney
Laura Leggett Linney is an American actress born 5 February 1964. Linney has won numerous awards which include 4 Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. Linney debuted on Broadway in 1990. She was later honored with Tony Award nominations, including for the production of The Crucible's revival in 2002, Sight Unseen's original Broadway performances (2004), Time Stands Still (2009), My Name Is Lucy Barton (2017) in addition to The Little Foxes' revival The Little Foxes (2017). On TV, she took home her debut Emmy Award for the television film Wild Iris (2001), and had subsequent wins on the comedy Frasier (2003-04) and the mini-series John Adams (2008). Between 2010 and 2013, she appeared in the Showtime series The Big C, which earned her a fourth Emmy in 2013. Then, from 2017 to 2022 she appeared in the Netflix crime drama Ozark.
