Antonina is a Kyrgyzstani-Peruvian Muay thai fighter, mixed martial artist who currently is a competitor in the UFC flyweight division. She is also the older sister of an earlier UFC Flyweight champ and co- UFC fighter Valentina. Antonina Shevchenko was the first to start combat sports as an Muay Thai boxer. Shevchenko made her debut in her first IFMA World Championship Tournament of 2003. Shevchenko defeated Suzane McKell in the finals with a unanimous verdict.
