Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February 1964. Linney is an American actor best known for her talent in portraying strong characters who are also at risk. Linney comes from a theatrical heritage, her father is the playwright Romulus Linney. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in 1986. She then completed an M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City, 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started in her Broadway career. She was praised for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
